My Story
Age: 33
Start: October 2018

I flew to Australia in March 2018, worked in a farm in Goondiwindi for 4 months, after that travelled to Sydney and started working at Talk Scoop.

In Estonia I had finished my masters in Environmental Technology, but started working as a sales representative for a company selling promotional products for stores. After 2,5 years I decided to fly to Australia and see what happens.

I started as a Lead Generator at Talk Scoop, then continued as a team leader, can’t even say how many people I had in my team over time, some stayed longer, some a shorter time. During that time I learned a lot about team leading, communication with customers, training, keeping myself and others motivated.

After a while I was offered an opportunity to become a Solar Designer. I learned a lot about sales and keeping a positive attitude during challenging periods.

I won a trip to New Caledonia for most sales in a month. Talk Scoop had a great motivation system in general and team spirit. This is something that I valued the most, I would have never become a Lead Generator if it wasn’t for the Management team and my personal leader's great attitude.
My best earnings were being designer, close to 5000 dollars for a week and many weeks over 4000 dollars.
Now I am back in Tallinn, Estonia. Working in an IT company as an enterprise sales manager/customer relations for 1 year and 4 months. I am not technical, but I am a face in front of customers to get the big deals to sell servers, storage and network hardware.

I value a good team and flexibility. I have left 2 companies while being back due to lack of team spirit and good communication - the value I learned from Talk Scoop. The most important aspect for me is good management and a great team with the same goal. In my current IT company I have finally found it.

I bought my own apartment cos I always remembered my Manager at Talk Scoop saying a “goal is a dream with a deadline”.

I am super grateful for the time in Talk Scoop and everything I learned. It definitely made me stronger in every sense and taught me a lot about positive attitude, keeping your head, teaching others, communication, coming out of your comfort zone and the value of good colleagues and management.

I am still friends with many people from Talk Scoop, they have visited me in Estonia and I have visited them in their countries. I couldn’t be happier for these 2.5 years at Talk Scoop.
