Before Talk Scoop I was travelling around in Australia and Asia. I was usually working in hospitality as a bartender or as an event promoter to get done my visa work. As soon as I finished my visa work I was looking for an opportunity where I can grow as a person and also have the chance of earning more money than the average. At my promotion jobs it was always a little commission based but there was still a limit so I got the idea through a friend to start in sales. As soon as I made the decision I moved to Sydney and applied for everything in sales because my first goal was to get entry into the sales business and I thought it might be harder without any experience but I gave my best.

 

So I ended up at Talk Scoop and it turned out quickly that it was the best decision I could have ever made. In my best week I earned around $2,400 and in my past I never made that amount of money in just a week. I really loved the commission based payments because it was the first time in my life where I got paid for my performance and not because of an hourly wage. In addition the team was great and everyone is going out of their comfort zone in order to get better and to grow as a person.

 

I really loved spending time with the team every day. It wasn’t just a place or an office, it was a place for people who want to grow, there was space to think bigger than before and you didn’t need to be afraid of making mistakes because it was the best way to learn. The CEO, Sean, is always giving the best he can to get you to your best performance. It’s a people business which made it for me such an incredible memory.

 

Now I am back home in Germany and started working at a sales agency. Without the opportunity I had at Talk Scoop I would never had the confidence to start in sales over here. While working at Talk Scoop, I finally found my passion in life and it has change me and the way I’m thinking about life in such a positive way. Very grateful for everything there.
